ClearLink Controller
Phothera’s ClearLink™ Controller is the next evolution in phototherapeutic control and empowers providers across the country with greater confidence in home phototherapy. ClearLink’s touch-screen technology and intuitive user interface make using a Phothera phototherapy device easier than ever. Each time a treatment is administered, the dose delivered will be consistent, regardless of lamp age, room temperature, or voltage level. Phothera’s ClearLink system is easy to navigate and ensures that each treatment is delivered safely and effectively.
The ClearLink™ Controller, when set in Guided Mode, allows providers to program protocols for patients to follow or choose Phothera’s pre-loaded protocol to ensure patients are adhering to a safe treatment schedule. In Guided Mode, patients are prompted with questions to adjust their treatments according to the protocol they’re following, reducing risk of erythema.
The ClearLink Controller in Guided Mode was the preferred treatment option for the LITE Study.

Touch Screen Technology
Intuitive Design: Touch-screen technology combined with an intuitive user interface (UI) makes using a Phothera phototherapy unit as simple and easy as possible.
Dosing Selection
Joules or MilliJoules: A unique, user selected feature allows the operator to choose either Joules or MilliJoules as the standard dose unit when delivering Narrowband UVB.
Optional Integrating Dosimetry
Precise Delivery: UVA and/or UVB integrating dosimetry is optional on all ClearLink Controlled devices. Integrating dosimetry means that each time a patient is treated, the dose delivered will be consistent regardless of lamp age, room temperature or voltage level.
Three Modes of Operation
Whether you are a prescriber or a home patient, the ClearLink Controller has an option for you. In Timed Mode, the controller acts a basic timer – counting down the treatment until the desired time is met. In Guided Mode, the prescriber institutes a specific protocol that the patient must abide by. Finally, in Dosimetric Mode, the amount of UV light delivered is measured via a method called Integrating Dosimetry.
DT Controller
Phothera’s DT (Digital Timer) Controller offers a streamlined and intuitive way to manage home phototherapy treatments. With a simple ‘time only’ control system, users can easily set and adjust treatment times for a hassle-free experience. The backlit LCD display provides clear visibility, even in low light, ensuring users can accurately monitor their treatment progress. Designed with an intuitive layout, the onboard controls make each session easy and enjoyable. The DT Controller is the perfect blend of simplicity and precision, empowering users to take control of their skin health with confidence.
